The Company had one subsidiary, Global Specialty Chemical Company (GSC), a provider of industrial solutions.

GSC provides different industrial solutions including:

• Industrial reclamation: GSC provides reliable and cost-effective solutions that allow oil refineries, gas processing plants, petrochemical plants and steel plants to enhance and sustain their operations.
• Industrial Maintenance: GSC undertakes the inspection, supply and supervision of specialized industrial products such as flares and thermal oxidizers and their spare parts.
• Industrial Supply: GSC markets and sells specialty chemicals, including various grades of heat transfer fluids, sodium bisulfite and other industrial chemical solutions.
